Stefan Sagmeister, a two-time Grammy Award winning graphic designer, tries out a long list of various strategies to make himself happier – from the sublime to the ridiculous – and reports back on the results in this feature-length documentary.
The Happy Film offers viewers the experience of walking into Stefan's mind as he attempts to measurably increase his happiness through psychologist-prescribed experiments while the realities of love, work and friendship continually get in the way.
